Default to feed or not to?

I'm sure this answer exists somewhere on this site but I cant find it. I have had my bees about 3 weeks an on my last inspection I noticed some lightly capped sugar water? (anyone have pics of what this looks like) I know I'm supposed to feed until they have capped stores, does that mean sugar or honey? and how much should be capped? I started with a large swarm and I am using a golden mean top bar, and they are going like gang busters! I only have one bar open moving forward and about 6 bars open moving back all looks good as far as capped brood etc.

i will cool out on feeding them everyday now feed them every other day or 2 days off one day on, for one more week then stop. just sit in front of the hive and enjoy watching them, if you see them carrying pollen i would stop feeding them at that point
