Swarm Question

I caught a swarm using a top bar bait hive. I looked inside the hive today and found a big cluster of bees atop most of the top bars. This swarm has been inside my hive for about a week now. How do I ensure they're building straight comb on the bars? Thanks for the help. David

Pull out the top bars and look! The bees should not be able to reach the top of the top bars unless you missed a measurement somewhere.
