    Default KGrove Bees

My wife and I are first time Bee Keepers. We picked up one, five frame Nuc on April15th. The girls are working overtime! Already have second deep in place and almost ready for our first honey super. Please forgive me if my Bee terminology is not correct, but also, please correct me. I'm sixty five, and a retired firefighter. My wife is a fourth grade school teacher. Both extremely excited to have Bee's. One of my other big hobby's is fireworks. Licensed by Federal and Sate of Wisconsin to manufacture fireworks. I'm also currently the shoot site chairman for the National Fireworks Association. We live in the country on thirty acres. Just love sitting by the hive and watching them work! Like fighter jets landing on an aircraft carrier.

    Hi Larry & Mrs Larry!

My parents live in the Wausau area (Rib Mountain). I live down just southeast of Plover, and just started beekeeping myself, after a friend asked if I'd host a couple of hives on my land. It should be an interesting first year for us!

Welcome to the site, maybe you can make a firework that looks like a bee.
