Hello from Alabama
Hello my name is Pete and I am from east central Alabama. This is my first year as a beekeeper and I am loving it. I bought two packages in march, then in april did my first cutout successfully. Two days after the cutout a friend called with a swarm in his tree. I have found another hobby that I love!

hey pete, welcome to beekeeping and to the forum. i'm a couple of counties north of you. i think you'll find that you are in a great area for bees.
