We split a hive on May 4th, by May 9th they had produced around 5 supercedure queen cells. We found the virgin queen on May 19th, but we also spotted eggs and larva! Is this possible? Do we have a laying worker producing drones for the hive? Should we be concerned? Your comments are appreciated for a couple of 2nd year beekeepers![]()
