I'm finally official!!!

Got a call from my post office early this morning while I was getting ready for work. They said my bees had just come in and that I could go ahead and come get them whenever I wanted.... Of course I jumped right in the truck and went to pick them up. They're sitting on my kitchen table right now. Can't wait to get home this evening and hive them up.... This is my first package ever.

My local (rural) postmaster was genuinely curious about my bee package & beekeeping in general so I answered all her questions. Every once in a while, I give her & the delivery guy a gift of honey for being so nice about it. Never hurts to have friends in high places.
