Not really,
Some flowers yield both, clover is a good example. Some sources bees only work for pollen, like hazelnuts (which bloom in the late winter). For this time of year, at least where I live, there is ample supply of both.

At this time of year in most parts of the country with many different plants blooming, I would say yes. Around here in early spring and few plants flowering, the bees collect pollen from Skunk cabbage if it is available, but not much that I know of as far as nectar; at least I hope not..
