Hey everybody,
I live in northeastern North Carolina. I have 1 top bar hive now that I made. I love to make it myself no matter what. (just to know how) you know ...men and tools!
A friend set me up with a Queen and followers this spring. They are productive and have drawn many combs already.
I am also fortunate enough to have nice, docile Italian bees, I normally don't have to wear any veil etc...
Anybody in the general area of Moyock, NC and surrounding states especially I need your knowledge.

Hi Keefis:

Lots of beeks in tidewater. Both the TBA and SE Virginia Beekeepers Guild meet in the great bridge area of Chesapeake. If I recall correctly, a whole bunch of new beeks from Moyock came to the last guild meeting.
