Default Is this a Queen Cell

    Hi everybody:
I'm a newbie with my first hive. I installed it from a nuc 3 weeks ago. While studying the photos of my Sunday inspection, I found this, and it looks like a queen cup with a larvae inside. Can someone confirm or deny? We spotted the queen 9 days ago, but not on Sunday. We did observe capped brood, larvae, and I think eggs but its hard to tell. The hive is very busy foraging and drawing comb. They have plenty of room, so are they preparing to swarm? This is at the bottom of a frame.

No, it doesn't look like a queen cup, it looks like what it is, a drone cell about to be capped.

Queen cups, like queen cells always have their openings pointing directly towards the center of the earth.
