If you have frames that can be removed, there is no rush in moving them. If it's just a box without frames, you should get them out ASAP, as swarms are wax building machines!

I would close it up tonight, move it to your bee yard/backyard and move them into a hive as soon as possible. Open it back up when you get them to your yard.

I may be nuts but I'm inclined to let them do their thing then practice dealing with the comb. Rather do it in my own time than when an emergency call cut out happens.

Sooner rather than later and redeploy the swarm trap to catch another. It's a trap not a hive!

The longer you wait the more comb to cutout and afix into a frame and a higher chance of killing the queen. Move them into a hive and allow them to build comb once. The chance of them building straight comb in the trap is not great, get them on a top bar or frame asap. If they have a small bit of comb built, leave it in the trap to increase appeal.
