    Default My First TBH

I have been working on my first TBH with a lot of help from my four year old granddaughter which explains why it looks so girly We both painted it white then I painted the blue edge. She did all of the rest of the painting!

    That's totally awesome!
When you get finished having bees in it, take it inside and hang it from your ceiling.
A work of art that should be kept forever.

Oh yeah, that was what she had been waiting to do. Every time I finished cutting a piece she was asking if it was time to paint.

I know, I almost hate to use it now but she would be very upset if I didn't use as a bee hive so hopefully it won't weather too bad.

what you need to do is put some clear coat on it to save you kid painting and one day really hang it on the wall with the picture you took , here all about clear coat http://www.minwax.com/wood-finishing...lear-finishes/

Thanks for the tip Rafael, I may do that. Thanks for the compliments, I thought she did a good job but I'm kinda biased I didn't post the rest of it but she did all sides and they are all just as well done with flowers and "abstract" grass.
