Smoker - Inner Container

I want to spin an inner container for my Dadant smoker, similar to the Rauchboy. I would like some ideas and pictures from anyone.

I plan on making tooling for my spinning lathe, because of interest of other local beekeepers.

This probably won't be much help but I made a smoker using two CV470 Campingaz canisters. Here is the design. https://picasaweb.google.com/Michael...67079136636898 I drew the second option from your idea of the inner container for better air supply and cooler outside but I didn't make one like that. The arched bottoms work well to form the perforated air supply space. The smoker has worked great for several years now but I should make some improvements.
