    Default Bug in hive

Check my bees this morning and notice two different types of bugs crawing around up top. One was long slim not sure how many leg but it had what looked like claws in its rear. The other was black and had a beetle shape. Not sure if anyone know what type they are with such little information but if so is either any threat to my hive. Plan to start taking my camera from here on that way I and show and tell LOL.

The first bug sounds like an Earwig.

I've seen one or two in my hive before. I don't think they cause any problems.

The beetle could be a SHB(Small Hive Beetle)
Bad new. Keep you eyes open for them. Start reading up on them. It will be information you will need.

    Ditto Aerindals comments.

And, as jrbbees pointed out, the other one could be a small hive beetle. But, I would say that one shb isn't real bad news, but something to learn about. Not a time to panic. Yet.
