Default Pinched bad queen in hive

I have a hive that overwintered but came out weak. I found the queen and also noticed she was only creating drone brood. Thinking she might be a dud queen, I decided to give her a few more weeks to correct matters, but I continued to find only drone brood. So I got her cornered on the top of a frame and pinched her against the wood and tossed her away from the hive. I grabbed a frame with eggs and attached nurse bees and added to the hive.

After that, I got to thinking about how I pinched her against the wood. Doing that I probably left her phermones in the hive, correct? Will this delay them in attempting to start a new queen?

Those Phermones will be gone within an hour or two so don't worry.
