E-Mail notification( how to stop it)

how do i stop e-mails to me when i get a reply to a thread i posted, i looked and made sure i was unsubscribed but am still getting e-mail notification.

Did you click "save changes" at the bottom of the page?

Didn't see that so i went back and unsubscribed again to the newest post and did not see save changes at the bottom.

Scroll the page all the way past all the other stuff to the very bottom of the page.
