Excess Comb?

So basically my new package made some excess comb on the side of the frame and it is full of brood, eggs, and larvae. Should I remove it. TIA

If it was a package and they're just getting started, I'd probably leave it until they were a bit further along then cut it out after the brood has hatched.

What*if the queen doesn't stop laying on that comb, should I take it off when my bees are totally healthy and place on top of the frames so they can hatch? Or should I just dispose of it?

if it is on the side off the frame ,, I would look at it and see if there is a space between the foundation and there comb ,, if there is there's not any wax on that plastic foundation ,,, if this is what is wrong ,, the only way they will build on it is for you to brush wax on it ,, if you have no wax , for now move it to the out side or if you have other frames swap it and wait till you have wax ...

also, if they aren't building on the frames that you gave them, you might want to take out a few and spray them with 1:1 syrup. This will get them to start building on the frames you gave them.

The frames already had drawn comb, I don't no why the bees made their own.
