Splits raising new queen ?

How many days should it take until I see queen cells on a fresh split ? I have two frames with all stages of egg to brood plus 1 of honey 7 used comb and lots of bees all in a medium 10 frame box .

You will find queen cells within 4 days. I usually wait a week. If I don't see any I add another frame of eggs. Just had one hive going through the hole cycle. They've made 5 queen cells. Had a virgin queen, but she never came back from their mating flight I think. Have became queenless. Gave them another frame of eggs and one with brood and they are trying again. My other splits succeeded with their first try. Just mark your calendar so you know what you are looking for at what week.
