Once upon a time I had this function, no longer. I have tried from 3 different computers and accounts, no joy.
No problems with other sites.

You may be referring to a feature of this site that I've never used - what kind of attachments are you trying to manage and what do you want to do with them?

It is where one can post a bmp doc gif jpeg... etc
When I click on the link it comes up as blank page. Is there another way to attach a picture?
