Default Cleaned Honey Super Cell, will the bees continue the job?

I finally got around to cleaning up some frames of Honey Super Cell. Some are extremely clean but others have a lot of cocoons that didn't rinse out.

Will bees remove the soggy cocoons?

Would filling the HSC with some sugar syrup help to get it cleaned up?

Bee cocoons? Wax moth Cocoons? I would pull the wax moth cocoons out with tweezers. Otherwise they will propolize them in. Bee cocoons will get chewed out as needed.
