    Default wet supering

I need to extract my locust and popular honey to get ready for the sourwood flow (a nice problem to have I know). I was wondering it i should leave the supers out to get clean up (away from the bee yard) or just put them back on. I haven't had a robbing problem but don't want one ether.
    thanks
