Salmon is an acquired taste for some, but here's a recipe I bet anyone would like (even if you don't normally like salmon, you'll like this).
1) Fashion an aluminum foil dish about two feet long and a foot wide, long enough to hold 4 skewers of meat shish-ka-bob style.
2)Take a large salmon filet from the seafood counter and cut it into four strips, which you'll then cut into two inch cubes and skewer.
3)Place the skewers on the aluminum foil tray and cover them liberally with honey, then top them with brown sugar.
4)Let sit to marinate for an hour, then use a flat baking sheet to slide the foil trays onto the barbeque grill.
5)Cook for 30 minutes and serve with potatoes, corn on the cob, or some other favorite side dish.
I'll cook this meal whenever I have company coming over and really like to put on the dog, though sometimes just for a good meal anytime.
