Bulk Sugar in New England

Timothy, The best place I have found to get large quantities is Either BJs Wholesale club or Sams Club. The bakery supply houses usually charge a lot more. If anyone knows of a cheaper source please speak up. I bought 10,000 lbs last year.

Dave Hackenburg, Lewisberry,PA has bulk sugar, granulated and powdered, in 2,000 lb ag bags for 40 cents/lb. Or something like that.

Ted Elk of Hammond,NY may still have some too. He is on beesource.

When buying that much from BJs or Sams club are you able to negotiate a lower price? how big were the lots you were buying at a time? thanks

Aldis is always cheaper than the two wholesale clubs.

if you don't mine liquid sucros or high fructose and have a tote and order through mann. lake. at least you could do it 5-6 yrs. ago.

Cheapest i have been able to find is .56 pound not to bad considering is only 2 miles from the shop ......will continue to keep looking thanks
