Sooner or later you will get a nasty virus when you open up mail from an unknown person.

Why don't you reply w/ a request for a check of what you think it would cost you to cover your expenses plus an additional amount for the agrivation? Stating that once the check clears you will send the honey.

I had this scam done at our shop. The (stolen) credit card will go thur . They do these scams early in the month, so when the real owner get the bill at the end of the month ,there long gone. And when I wanted to check with visa if the card is good, there answer was if it goes thru it's good. They would not get in touch with the card owner to see if this is them or a scam. And yes we had to refund the deposit to visa.

So I decided to be helpful and email them the address and telephone number of the FBI headquarters in Washington, DC.
My reply looked like this:
