washing machine tub for extractor?
My old washer died 2 days before my truck, just took it apart, it's not a belt, direct drive transmission, not worth fixing. BUT, that centrifugally balanced tub would hold a heck of a lot of honey comb. Is this a truly insane idea?
(I've also seen a really cool fire bowl built out of a metal washer tub, all those neat holes for ventilation, little spark spread away from the fire.)
Someone tell me if this thing is useful for anything Bee - BEEcause I don't need a fire bowl or more junk sitting around, my neighbor will haul it off as scrap for free.
Gypsi
Bees in winter - new phenomenon, but I've got them... So far so good.
