A Surprise from Krantz

I recently saw on Beesource forums that Krantz had their beekeeping jackets on sale. I ordered one (online) and also a few Swarm Lure Packets.
I Received an Email that the order had shipped. The next day, Saturday, a man from Krantz Bee Supply called me, in person. on the phone. (I,m sorry, I didn't get his name. I was sort of surprised.)
He explained that the order had not shipped because they had run out of the vials for the Swarm Lure. He offered to go ahead and ship the jacket and send the Swarm Lure when it was available, soon. I did tell him to just send it in one shipment when it was available.
It was a pleasant surprise to have a company care enough to take the time to call over such a small detail. This is how a business should be run.

HK-IPM10 screened bottom board fit on the W clips that are used on 4-way pallets?
Does your sticky board pull out the front of the screened bottom board.
