Default Extracting late in the Season

I'm in central Utah and it snowed today.

I've got 3 hives that have done well this summer.
One has 4 supers on it and the other two have 2 each... total of 8.

So work, family, church, kids, football, yard, weather and of course my dear wife
all have gotten in the way of extracting. I was planning on a free day next week.

Any thoughts on this? I'm thinking of heating the garage very warm so it will flow.
The highs next week are suppose to be in the 60-70 range.

    Thanks for any insight.

    Stan

I bottled today in a kitchen at 68 degree without difficulty. Honey flowed through the strainer without issue - there was not much for the strainer to catch which is always a help.

I wrap a heated wire around my extractor made for pipe heaters, better than heating an entire room
