Was driving out of one of my yards last Saturday and happened to notice a bee gathering some fall pollen. I have seen some good foragers before, but this bee meant business !

Honeydew
Is that a honey bee?
Not a honey bee, an alkali bee. See -> Alkali Bee with pollen. They have pollen storage over their entire rear legs and otherwise closely resemble the appearance of honey bees.
