    should i keep feeding even if things are starting to bloom and my hives are still light?

    If they are taking the feed you should keep feeding. If you are light and the competition for forage is tough they will take it. If they can find better forage they wont take it anyway.

    Feed feed feed. They will make the choice on which stuff is better.

    My opinion is that nectar is better than sugar water for bees. If you can get to healthy stores without feeding then in my opinion it's a waist of money to feed. If your hive will be light going into the winter then by all means, feed.

    I've yet to see my hives not take feed!
    It seems like they will always suck it down sometimes faster than others
