Seamless Aluminium molds cleaning & mold release residue

Hello forum,
I´ve purchased some seamless aluminium molds to make bigger pillar candles. Everything seems to be fine and the first candles look great.
The only problem is finding a fast and effective way of cleaning the molds. What do you do? And how about the siclicone residue? Do you leave it on the candles?

Use a propane torch. It works well cleaning my smoker.
