Default Micro swarms, please explain ???

I've had 3 what I call micro swarms in the last 10 days, maybe 750 bees and an unmarked queen. I rear all my queens and mark them, these are not my marked queens. Can someone explain this ?

They are afterswarms. A virgin and some bees leave. Then another. Then another. Some hives get the "swarm fever" and swarm themselves into oblivion. No one really knows why.

All my marked queens are still in the colonies, none older than 60 days old, great brood patterns, this is why I'm confused.

Maybe they are not your bees.

So they are swarms from other hives?

    That is one possible explanation.

Ive had three in the last two weeks. One may have come from my June nuc that got too crowded and I failed to check timely.
