    Default Wildflower Wheat

Wildflower Wheat in the background, Belgium Wit in foreground. The WW uses a pound of honey. BW has a day head start as evidence of the fermentation.

Nice pics Barry. Is this a mead or an ale? I have several one gallon batches of mead brewing right now, some in primary and some in secondary. Now...just need patience!
