How many swarms

Hello all.... I have a top bar hive..
Last year I started with 3 lb of bees
this last week end I lost two swarms the hive still has many bees.
Just how many times can the hive swarm in one day ?
Also how many bees would be in swarm like the ones in the pics

I had a colony swarm 3 times (that I know of) last summer, but not in one day. Usually swarms are a day or two apart, as virgins emerge.

Those look like good-sized swarms in your pics. Maybe 5 to 6 lbs (15-to-20 thousand bees).

Get yourself some swarm traps! Give your bees a bit of time for the virgin queen to mate, return, and start laying eggs. Did you see many swarm cells in your hive?
