Default best time and area of the forum to ask questions?

Just learning to use the forum anyway I am thinking this is in real time and people are alway using it. Is there a better time to communicate with members to ask questions . For example I have a question on determining the value of sugar sources. What types are available and what to look out for .

thanks what can you tell me about different sugar sources. I purchased 16 colonies which are now 38 . Have fed sugar from food processors dry and as liquid. purchased sugar in bags and fed liquid from dadant. Is there some rule of thumbs that you have. thanks for any feed back I appreciate the discussion and opinions. Trying to form my own and discussion is and important part of this. thanks again.
