Default New bee keeper in central Florida

Hello everyone! New bee keeper here. Two hives only three weeks old. Got from nude rather than package. Saw both queens as loading the hives. One hive got attacked by bees only a week later. Lost about 300 bees. Now it is struggling. Fund no signs of a queen. Do see queen cells though, so I placed a frame of brood from the other hive. Any advice?

Welcome Matthew! Keep equalizing them with brood frames until you see signs of a laying queen.
