5x failure yard, adjacent to 3 pools, my guess chorine fumes

3 doors down, a few hives are continually slamming good.
Pool yards, are slow or no build even with good new stock and good flow.
Pools are about 20 feet away, and upwind.
Just sharing my experiences.

I'm not getting it. Are the hives 3 doors down that are doing good next to pools 20' away?

I don't live in "pool country" but I've always read that bees love pools and chlorinated water.

I have a great yard where there are four pools within 300' of the hives.

Try to talk them in to not using chlorine, going treatment free.

Very few sideliner beehives are not near pools in Florida. I know several that are less than ten feet from the pool. You might ask someone at the local bee club or your county inspector for advice. It could be as simple as the mosquito killer you or your neighbors use.
