    Default Yankee 5-frame Nucs

Using the plans posted on this site, I was able to knock out two 5-frame nuc boxes last night using some 3/4" plywood and 1 x 2s I had laying around.

These are quick and easy to build with just a table saw, brad nailer and Tite-bond 3.

I am going to build a couple more tonight, add some frames and some swarm lure then set these out over the weekend. Pics to follow once I get them painted.

I may have to build a few additional boxes (w/o entrances and bottom boards) as supers (solid wood for these however).

    Great plans.

    Sincerely,
    Paul E. Turley

This one is so easy to do. http://s196.photobucket.com/albums/a...3-17205915.jpg I made about 20 of them in an afternoon.

Now that all my scrap 3/4" plywood is used up, I think I like the plans you posted better!

No rabbited cuts, simplier design. Thank you.

    Sincerely,
    Paul E. Turley
