portable single-frame observation box?

With two young children in school, I'd like to have a small observation box holding a single frame that I can bring to their classrooms once a year.

In the past, I've borrowed a very nice 5-frame observation hive, but it's much too big and heavy for a 30 minute talk to 1st graders. I'd like something smaller.

Anyone have plans or comments on building such a thing?

I made a two frame one for schools (see photo), but you can cut the dimensions down to make a one frame if you want. Nice thing about a two frame unit is having both a brood frame and a honey frame on display.
