    Default Cleaning feeder jars?

How often if any do you clean your feeder jars once you place them in the hive?

I only use them for a week or two. So the answer is the next day my wife is not home, with whatever else I feel like running through the dishwasher.

When they stop up, and/or get dirty.

I rinse them out fairly well every time I fill them just to minimize any mold that may be brewing and otherwise I run them through the dishwasher every couple weeks, as well as when I'm finished using them and am going to store them for a while.

I rinse mine out whenever I see any mold with bleach water.
