    Default First success with Jenter

I got 19 really nice looking queen cells that are set to emerge on Friday April 22nd. Really surprised how easy it was. I had several that didn't take, but I believe that was partly due to the cell cups being brand new, that combined with the short time queenless state of my cell builder. Next go I hope to get a higher percentage.

Thanks to this forum for all the great information.

    That's awesome! Congrats.

We are working on a video for the Jenter system and enhanced instructions. If you have any photos of the cells and your use, we'd love to see them. If anyone is interested, let us know!

    Mike,

It's my understanding that all the parts of the Jenter are reusable. My guess is that after the first go, they should have a better "bee" smell.

    Blueskybeesupply,

I'll try to get some pics once they get a little older, maybe Tuesday.
