    Default Cardboard in hive body

Some beekeepers are starting their new packages in nucs for heat retention. Can I get some opinions about putting some corrigated cardboard on the inside of my deep hivebodies for better heat retention for early spring buildup? I would keep it in for just the month of april here in Michigan. What do ya thing?

Beeup, Do you wrap your hive(s) for the winter? If so just leave the wrap on longer, I would not want to build up hive strenght to early before the first flow. Jim

If you put it inside they will chew it out.
