I am going to have a few old deep frames with drawn foundation and maybe capped honey.I would like to cut them out of the old frames and install into new medium frames using rubber bands.(to use inside new nucs or packages) My question is do I cut them to fit as tight as possible into the new frames or leave a little space for bees to work with?
