Cluster question
Currently, when I open my hive the cluster is attached to the inner cover. When I open to look I have to be gentle as they lift with the cover.
The fondant I placed on the top frames hasn't been touched and they seem to be fine. The temps are rising here in MA and I don't want to break the cluster yet. But I want to make sure the hive itself is ok.
When would be the best time to open without fear of disturbing the cluster?
