So my wife and I are expecting number 3, we've recently discovered. First thing she asked me was can I brew an O'douls clone. I, in my infinite wisdom immediately said Honey it's like brewing a light beer at home- too much difficulty/control variables- and really- you'd want 5gallons of it?

Now, I think, maybe she'd appreciate it-and I do have that 3gallon carboy.

Anyone go there? Not for #3, but for N/A brew? I gotta admit, I've posted before doing ANY homework.

Haven't. Given the trade-offs you have to make, my $.02 is to make homebrew the way you like it and just buy the near-beer.
