Found in hive

Does anyone have any idea what this is in the photos. I found it after inspecting a hive I bought where last year a new beekeeper had put them together with too many frames in a box, no spacing and they had waxed together and I separated them, etc. The bees look very healthy, are a vigourous, strong hive and had plenty of honey left over through the winter and are currently bringing in pollen and nectar now.

looks like propolis and burr comb, the honey looks like it has sugar in it...ive noticed alot of times when I feed dry sugar they will pack it on top of honey.
but hard to tell, I can never make my pictures look exactly like real life either.

It is just crystalized honey. Some honey most likely Goldenrod will do that in the comb. No worries the girls will use it. Hive looks good.
