How to forward sent pm's to a folder

any way to automatically send sent pm's to the sent folder instead of manually doing it?

Did you check out your User CP? It's there.

Looks like it takes up inbox space. Correct? Say I have a allowance of 50 pm's, I have 25 in the inbox and 25 sent mails. Even though my inbox is half full I am up to my limit. Am I correct?

Yes, hence the export feature so that you can archive your PM's that you need to reference later.
