    Hi! We are interested in finding some info on hauling honey bees cross country with a semi. We would appreciate any info you could give us.

    Can you be more specific about what you want to know?

    There is a book on the subject. Follow the Flow or something like that.

    I need to know of some of these places to get in contact with. We have a truck and trailer for hire.

    Flowing Gold transports bees. They are in Sacramento look them up.

    One thing sqk forgot: Who is your insurance through and what kind of limits are on the policy? Will they cover the cleanup after you loose a load of bees? Will they cover the costs of replacement and loss revenue for the beekeeper?

    No. I wonder if my Business Insurance covers what you are asking about. I do have Insurance on my hives, but more than ten have to be destroyed. I don't recall what we valued them. And I don't know if they are covered in transit or just while on the ground.
