Hi I'm from the south willamette valley (Eugene Oregon). I captured a bee swarm in my front yard last spring. My bees seem to be pretty happy. A few days ago I was watching them bring in full loads of pollen, wondering where it was all coming from. A short google search later I was on your site reading a post from someone in my same area code chating about filberts and heather blooming. So I decided to become a member to become more knowledgeable.

Welcome, . Your right down next to glorybee, You can find a local club and seek out a mentor, that will make beekeeping much more enjoyable.
