Last year, me and my son, paid our membership fee during Randy Oliver’s conference offered by them.
We gladly paid the fee just to see Randy; the membership was just added value. Now, I just found out the association had a meeting since then, one just a few weeks ago. We never got invited or were notify to attend any of their meetings.
Contradictory to their claim; I have never had any support from the association. Is not the money, but I really think that I should get more than what I got.
What is the best way to handle it? no refunds wanted...
