It's snowy in Tennessee today

Hello, My name is Reid. I got my hives last year. I have been working around bees for a long minute.
I go to Burningman every year. There is a honey tasting there in the middle of the desert of Nevada where we all shared our honey. It was just the most unique thing I have done as a beekeeper thus far.
I am looking to hang with other young beekeepers, I hope all is well and that the winter storm in Nashville is not effecting others so hard.

Oh I love Paoli, What a hoot, I'm from Vevay orginally. We would go to Paoli to pick up the meat from the meatlocker.
On Burningman. I took my honey and there was about 30 other types to taste. A guy by the name of HomeBrew who is a beekeeper runs the get together. It was really refreshing to see how many other young beekeepers there was, and how many beekeepers go to burningman considering our whole population is only 50000 total.

I'll go someday. How did you find the beekeepers. BurnM website? Telluride Bluegrass Festival on the list as well.

I haven't been to Telluride, but I hear it is amazing.
When you get to Burningman, they give you a big activities book about the week. There are alot of classes, forums, and get togethers. ---I was feeling really lonely this year as a beekeeper--And I think getting to meet with a bunch of other young beekeepers was emotionally what i needed at the time. I often wonder if alot of other beekeepers get the lonely/disconnected feeling? Even with this website and the local bee clubs?
