I managed to lose 24 pounds in 2011 and promptly gained back 15 (Nov. and Dec.) just before the New Year. Decided to exercise by walking 5 days a week and was writing it down.
Gotta get rid of a nasty soda habit.
Started walking February 5 ..........walked 5 days out of 8 until we both got bad colds and haven't done any walking since.
Anyone else with updates?
